                           Bahamian stew.                               

                          

      Ingredients.

 

     I

     4 Medium conchs
     1 Stalk of celery
     1 Can of celery soup
     2 Teaspoons of thyme
     2 Medium potatoes
     2 tablespoon of A-1 sauce
     2 large carrots
     2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
     1 Large onion

 

      Cooking directions.

  

      

      1-   Cut conch into small pieces. Bruise and boil.

      2 -  Fry the onion and celery in 1 tablespoon of oil.

      3 -  Add sauce, water, and remaining ingredients.

      4 -   Boil for 1 hour.

             serves 6 portions.
