1 4-6 lbs whole fish (clean and scaled)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 large
potatoes
1 teaspoons lemon juice
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 sliced green
pepper
1 sliced onion
1/4 cup dry white wine
Preheat oven to 350F. Place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish or glass Pyrex.
Combine garlic, lemon, wine, oil, and pour over fish.
Arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
Bake uncovered at 350 F until fish is flaky
